Terms of Collaboration
Business Name: Elie Younes Design
ABN Number: 98965173256

1. Scope of Engagement

All services provided by Elie Younes Design ("the Designer") are offered on an hourly rate basis. The completion of specific projects is not guaranteed within a fixed timeframe unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

2. Change of Mind and Dissatisfaction

The Designer's fees are calculated based on the time spent on the work. A client’s change of mind or dissatisfaction with the deliverables does not negate the obligation to pay for the time expended on the project.

3. Intellectual Property and Confidentiality

As stated in the Designer's email signature, all emails (including attachments) are intended solely for the use of the recipient to whom they are addressed. These communications may contain confidential, legally privileged, or copyrighted material. If received in error, recipients must notify the Designer immediately and delete the email permanently.
All intellectual property contained in emails and deliverables remains the property of the Designer and may not be used, copied, or disclosed without written consent. Any rights to use the deliverables are conditional upon full payment of all invoices.

4. Termination of Collaboration

Either party may terminate the collaboration at any time by providing written notice. Upon termination:
a. The Client remains responsible for payment of all hours worked up to the termination date.
b. The Client must pay any outstanding invoices in full.

5. Finalisation of Collaboration

At the conclusion of the collaboration, the Designer will prepare and deliver all files necessary to the Client, provided that:
a. The Client has paid all outstanding invoices in full.
b. The Client pre-pays for the time required to prepare and deliver the files.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Collaboration are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.

By engaging the services of Elie Younes Design, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms of Collaboration.
