Lebanon is known for its mountains and Mediterranean beach and the close proximity between the two. Since 2018, Corniche Restaurant offers a truely authentic Lebanese experience in Docklands, Melbourne. As Corniche means “bay”, located on the Yarra river, we wanted to showcase the magical connection between mountain and water. Lebanese mountains are famous for their olive trees, and olive oil is one of the most essential ingredients of this cuisine.
